I would like to take this opportunity to convey my personal gratitude to those of you who sent kind messages during the temporary closure of the business and for your ongoing support, which truly is appreciated.

We all wish you the very best of health and will very much look forward, as a strengthened team, to resuming professional service provision and to hearing from you again shortly.

Best regards

Managing COVID-19 External Communication – Bulletin Number Two

As a valued Customer of our business I felt it most important to communicate with you today.

Firstly, thank you so much for your support thus far which has been really appreciated and helpful to all members of the team here. Our world at both personal and business levels has been turned upside down in recent times in the wake of the Corona Virus pandemic, a huge Public Health crisis I am sure you will agree.

It is a time of uncertainty for us all and we are facing many challenges. However, the priority for us is to protect the wellbeing and safety of our people, our customers and our suppliers. We are determined to weather the storm and support all moving forward.

We are currently monitoring the advice from the Government and reviewing our operating strategy daily with this guidance in mind. However, like everyone else, trade has been severely affected and as a result we are having to re-plan the way we do things. We have taken the heart-breaking decision to close our site based activities and office from today, reducing service to a level of covering emergency call outs for those clients with whom we have a maintenance contract in place, with a plan to review the situation in two weeks and provide you with an update then.

If you currently have a maintenance contract with our Company and require urgent attention, please contact us on our out-of-hours number. Please be assured that those clients for whom we currently have an obligation to maintain and routinely service fire detection and alarm systems (including weekly testing where applicable) we will be in direct contact to discuss any implications our closure may have following weekly reviews of our system.

We are very grateful for your ongoing support and wish you the very best of health at this very difficult time.

We understand how challenging and worrying the current situation is and thank you for your patience and support during this difficult period.
